Clean and very good food.

Ambience good, service very friendly, but the fish, the fried potatoes and the spinach are totally salty. After we got it back we got new food, that was ok. 16/10/2020

We celebrated our wedding in stone on September 11th, 2020 in the house of the spa guest. Despite Corona restrictions, it was a nice celebration. The food was delicious. The boss (Peter) served us personally., It was just an unforgettable day. Thank you very much Peter, we will definitely visit you again. Greetings from the Black Forest Dominic and Ilona Wiegner.

Home-style, tasty cuisine, cozy atmosphere. Very personable boss and nice service. During our vacation in Stein (on the occasion of our son's wedding), including the wedding party, we ate there 4 times and were always very satisfied.

Very friendly, good food, a bit of 80s charm, but it doesn't matter. You can go really well

We are speechless ... Arrived at 7.30 p.m., the restaurant almost empty, inside and outside ... We, 2 people, were turned away unfriendly on the grounds that 'we are full'

Great food, we were sitting in a nice beer garden. Friendly service and prices absolutely reasonable.

Very well put together menu, the dishes are deliciously prepared. Very nice service. Good price-performance ratio. The staff pays careful attention to compliance with the Corona hygiene rules and we were completely satisfied.

As far as can be seen, the only restaurant in stone. Despite the nasty name ;-) a very useful address with good, down-to-earth and typical coastal dishes in plenty. Gives small portions of almost everything. Specialty: Salmon fillet in sour. Friendly, cheerful service, even though we came six to ten minutes before the kitchen closes (8:30 p.m.!) And ordered the menu across the board, from fish to meat to vegetarian. White wine could have been chilled a bit more if you wanted to write something critical. A total of just under € 160 to satisfy a starved crew is really completely ok! Highlight for me: Budweiser on tap is rarely found in this area :-).

We are in Wendtorf at least 2 weeks each year + eat 2-3 times here! The food is great, you are served well and you have to try the matjes!

Nice restaurant near the dog beach. The food is delicious and the staff friendly. The prices for the individual dishes are not expensive

Mr. Hewig was a very helpful and courteous person when it came to renting rooms. Can only be recommended! The food was also very tasty and is recommended.

Has the charm of a clubhouse. Clean but uncomfortable. Service not very friendly. Very long wait. Food far too expensive for the quality, just acceptable taste, amount OK. The boss reacted rather angrily to the question whether there was no mask requirement for the waitress. This probably no longer exists. However, the prescribed distance cannot be maintained by the operator. Never again...

Nice place. Beer was excellent. Waitress had loads of wierd piercings all over her face, yuck! Surely that raises some heath vs. food issues?

As far as so good ... maybe had a very stupid day caught. Unfortunately, a meal was completely wrong and not newly cooked / prepared, you could scratch down so (children rarely mushrooms) and the food of my wife was completely forgotten (ate when all the other were finished) otherwise the food was good and the portions enough. Service was not so good. What a pity I personally found that there was no excuse for the service: Hey .... an ice cream on the house or something similar. After dinner, empty plates were left on the table for a very long time and drinks were not offered (let air out of the glass)

Love it!

We ate twice in the spa guest's house within a week. That alone speaks for itself. Be sure to stop by! From the outside, there are certainly more appealing restaurants, but the service and the dishes easily make up for it. The portions were sufficient, fresh and served with love. Fish and fried potatoes e.g. are in the right consistency (not like in other houses where the fish was breaded dead and the potatoes came towards you on the bed of butter). The menu is reasonably large and there is something for every taste. Very good beer selection ? There is enough space for the little ones to romp around in the playground. Dogs are welcome. Fullest recommendation

Discovered by case because attracted to live music, we were surprised by the excellent fish and the good beer selection. The service was super nice too. There is only a star deduction for the fact that my companions were subtly pushed in a paid salad.
